Compliance Officer

Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Compliance Director in determine necessary measures to ensure that the Bank has complied with all Bank Indonesia regulations and other applicable laws and regulations in the context of the implementation of prudential principles (LLL, NOP, CAR, Statutory Reserve, etc).
2. Monitor and safeguard the Bank’s compliance with all the agreements and commitments to Bank Indonesia and other regulatory authorities.
3. Responsible to analyze, administer, and inform related units with regard to any new regulations issued by Bank Indonesia.
4. To give opinion with regards to the compliance matter within the Bank
5. Preparing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
6. Monitoring and Supervise the performance of duties by the Compliance Department and AML & CTF Officer
7. Liaison Officer to Bank Indonesia
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others or equivalent.
