Internal Audit Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

ANZ Indonesia seeks an Internal Audit Assistant Manager, and the responsibilities are:

# Prepare annual audit plan for approval by Country Head,
# Responsible for routine audit tasks within the organization and contribute to the assessment of risk  exposure and delivery of audit projects.
# Undertake regular review of Departments adherence to the Bank’s internal policy and procedures.
# Identifying areas of potential internal control exposure and areas for improving operational efficiency.

Requirements:

We seek an enterprising candidate with 4 - 5 years of experiences in audit in banking industry. Good knowledge of the principles of risk management, accounting and auditing is an important criteria for this role. You are required to possess sound knowledge of Bank Indonesia regulations and other related Government/Group Legislative and Regulatory requirements. In addition, you would require excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Strong decision making and the ability to work with minimum supervision would be mandatory requirements.

Teller Head

Responsibilities:


The primary role of a Teller Head is to oversee and manage teller operations by supervising and controlling the teller activities. This will support the bank’s business and ensure excellent customer service. You will provide service to individual customers by performing a range of bank procedures and transactions, including interviews for general transactions. You will provide friendly and responsive customer service in transaction, enquiry and maintenance areas and ensure that the cash flow in and out of the bank is controlled in an effective manner. Additionally, you will also train junior staff, deliver monthly reports and execute teller operations ensuring that they adhere to Bank policies and procedures. Contributing ideas and suggestions for team development will be beneficial.

Requirements:

The candidate should have good knowledge of banking products, investment products along with knowledge of front and backend bank office processes and procedures. Excellent comprehension, written and spoken English will help the candidate to deliver high level customer service. Tertiary qualification in a relevant field will be preferred.
