Requirements/Syarat Lowongan Pekerjaan:
• Male
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Hold S1 Psychologist (certificate SIP) or S2 Psychology
• Experience in psycho test, interviewing, conduct job analysis, knowing competition and benefit, organization and people development and training
• Fluent in English both writing and speaking
• Experience 5 years in manufacturing
• Computer literacy
• Strong leadership and good interpersonal skill & people management
• Self motivated and able to work under pressure
