Requirements:



1. Male, max age 35 years old
2. Holds minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Psychology/Law, Management from a reputable university
3. Have min. 3 years experience in managing HRD in managerial level
4. Have understanding of Indonesia Labor Law
5. Working experience in HR Generalist in areas of Organization Development, People Development, Career Development and Assessment Competencies
6. Have can do attitude, Communication & Relationship Building, Conceptual Thinking, Developing Others, Integrity, Teamwork
7. Excellent communication skills and able to communicate with employees at all levels effectively
8. Good computer skills (Microsoft Office) and Excellent in written and spoken English
9. Proactive, hard worker, discipline and willing to work extra hours and high integrity

2. Marketing Manager (1 position)

Requirements:

1. Male or Female, max age 35 years old
2. Holds minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in any discipline from a reputable university (Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related major is an advantages)
3. Have min. 3 years in sales and marketing experience in managerial level (prefer from Manufacturing Industry)
4. Have a good knowledge about cables
5. Ability to lead sales & marketing team with aggressive sales target
6. Capable of developing marketing strategic and promotion plans
7. Provides analysis of market conditions and business activity
8. Good appearance, self motivated, energetic and ambitious toward goals and target
9. Good computer skills (Microsoft Office) and Excellent in written and spoken English
10. Have a driving licenses (SIM A/C)
11. Proactive, hard worker, discipline and willing to work extra hours to meet deadline and high integrity

3. Sales Executive (3 positions)

Requirements:

1. Male or Female, max age 35 years old
2. Holds minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in any discipline from a reputable university (Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related major is an advantages)
3. Have min. 2 years in sales and marketing experience (prefer from Cable Manufacturing Industry)
4. Have a good knowledge about cables
5. Good communication , negotiation and presentation skill, self confident, a good team player, honest
6. Team work oriented and fully initiative
7. Good computer skills (Microsoft Office) and Excellent in written and spoken English
8. Have a driving licences (SIM A / C)
9. Proactive, hard worker, discipline and willing to work extra hours to meet deadline and high integrity
