The position : Process Engineer - R & D Department ( PE)

Reporting to : Process Engineer Manager



Purpose of job :

The Process Engineer is accountable to the Process Engineering Manager that all process and formulation development projects under her/his responsibilities were performed according the agreed plan and on schedule.



Key Responsibility :

* Manage and execute process development and formulation development projects assigned by Process Engineering Manager following the agreed plan and schedule.
* Independently manage straightforward process and formulation development projects and tasks to completion as assigned by Process Engineering Manager.
* Provide technical support to processing and compounding operations, including operation technical change projects and troubleshooting.
* Provide process and formulation related information and opinion to all other departments when requested.
* Develop draft Raw Material Specifications, Manufacturing Process, Formula, and maintenance of all development files related to Process Development
* Design, execute, and report lab scale testing, production scale testing, and sample productions.
* Set personal work priorities with minimum supervision.
* Fulfill the role of Process Engineer and Formulator in PLM (Product Life Cycle Management)
* Manage the stability room, pilot plant equipment, and laboratory equipment.
* Develop personal technical mastery in raw material knowledge, formula knowledge, and process knowledge.
* All other tasks relevant to GCMS South Asia objectives and incumbent’s personal development.



Qualifications:

- S1 degree in Chemical Engineering

- English proficiency

- MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

- Having experience : 3 – 5 years in solid mixing and emulsion products

- Having experience in SAP environment, familiar with mixing and drying equipments
