ASSISTANT GENERALIST HUMAN RESOURCE


This position will report to HR Genralist and Seed Supply Lead. The incumbent will be responsible for dealing with government affair for industrial relations for Central Java and East Java. Support in implementing legal requirements and complying with local manpower laws and regulations. Managing / staffing of seed production facilities which will cover field production, QA, Finance & plant manufacturing functions. Coordinating with Jakarta office for employee compensation and benefits as well as coordinating with vendor / outsourced employment of seasonal workers.

The Requirements of this position are shown below:

* Graduate from respected / reputable university, HR, Industrial relation, business law graduate would be an advantage
* Having HR SAP Background
* Good leadership, result orientation, communication skill, team work, good networking, initiative and foresight skill
* Good proficiency in spoken and written English
* Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Points
* Min 3-5 years of related working experience
* Willing to be stationed in Central and or East java
