Currently we are doing an assignment for our client, a Multinational company in Oil & Gas sector. Attorney
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

Handles day-to-day client and non client contracts and contract’s disputes
Interacts with all other support functions and departments, ensuring the Legal Department’s involvement in all matters that may have a legal impact
Provides legal support to operations in order to ensure compliance with local regulations and Company’s Code of Ethics, including carrying out legal audits and investigations
Collaborates with the Legal Counsel in litigation management (i.e. follow up, updates, etc)
Assists the Legal Counsel

Requirements of this Lowongan Kerja Hukum :

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Law or equivalent from a recognized Indonesian university or from European/ US university
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 7 year(s) of working experience in a leading Indonesian Law firm or an international law firm and/or in-house counsel experience with a multinational company or an Indonesian company with international operations
Preferably middle level staffs specializing in Law/Legal Services or Oil & Gas sector
Good communication skill, Interpersonal skill
Stakeholder management skill
Able to work under pressure, to deal with multi cultural background and overtime if needed
Proficiency in Indonesian civil and commercial law in general, including experience with civil law, company law, labor law, administrative law and knowledge of tax, import/export, intellectual property and criminal law
Preferably understand and has experience in Supply chain/distribution contracts and Oilfield industry contracts
Experience in handling instruction, management and/or coordination of outside counsels, including handling complex litigation
