As an IT Solution & System Integrator company, We are inviting an outstanding people to contribute and participate in the rapid growth of the company for the following position:

Corporate Legal Officer
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the legal matters of the company’s business operation.
Draft and review of commercial contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
Provide legal advice on the operation of the company and participate in negotiations where legal expertise is required.
Responsible for matters related to industrial dispute, lawsuit and arbitration.
Assist with establishing and registration of subsidiaries or representative offices in the Asia Pacific region.
Conduct research and compile information on commercial laws and provide legal training for employees in the company when the need arises.

Requirements/Persyaratan Lowongan Kerja :

Minimum S1 Degree holder Majoring Law-Business from reputable University.
Qualified legal practitioner with minimum 2 years experience
Knowledge and experience in the Information Technology industry will be an advantage.
Knowledgeable in company laws, contract laws and international commercial laws.
Experienced in reviewing and drafting of commercial legal documents.
Able to work independently in fast-paced changing environment
Able to communicate effectively in English.
