Responsibilities Lowongan :

* Establish an effective mechanism to generate SME market intelligence from field sales force
* Achieve SME sales target by sector, segment and product
* Maintaining SME customer contact and leads
* Establish effective mechanism for providing promotion, direct mail, telesales, and sales training for both sales team and their customers

Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree from reputable University
* Have 5 – 8 year experience in effectively personal of customer focused in SME Banking products
* Have a good communication in English and Bahasa (oral & written)
* Good understanding of maintaining customer contact and leads
* Strong in negotiation and presentation skills
* Strong leadership, results oriented, hard working, highly motivated and ability to work under pressure

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

Define & Achieve specific targets for new Small Medium Enterprise (SME) customer Acquisitions and for revenue generation from existing customer base through effective cross selling techniques
