EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

Requirements:


- Diploma III or equivalent from the school of secretarial or administration, a Bachelor degree is an advantage.
- Have a minimum 5 years of work experience in secretarial work at the executive level.
- Have good communication skills and ability to write report in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Have ability to work with standard computer programs (Microsoft Office)
- Experienced in working for multinational companies is preferred
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.
- Pro-active and have pleasent personality.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily schedule

- Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner.

- Arrange business trips

- Arrange expense claims

- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.

- Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.

- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system, including confidentials.

- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, and mailing.

- Other duties as assigned.

This is a very senior position and the incumbent will report directly to the Corporate Sales & Marketing Director and be responsible for the overall strategy and planning direction of sales and marketing functions for the overall Indonesia market including:

* Develop and manage a professional business team force across Indonesia, and be accountable to a highly aggressive business revenue target

· Formulate and execute business direction, strategy and tactics to develop targeted key accounts so as to maximize the company¢s sales performance and objective

· Identify, develop and maintain a high level of relationship with decision makers and top executives of targeted key accounts

· Develop and maintain a strong industry network to leverage the best of sales competence

· Actively participate in cross-regional and multi-disciplinary business initiatives and projects



The Requirements



· Degree holder in any discipline. MBA will be an added advantage

· At least 10 years of solid experience in business development and solution sales of FMCG, holding a senior level capacity with proven track record in winning and developing strategic accounts of indonesia market

· A determined high achiever and result driver with an inborn character to win in the battle field

· Exceptional skills and talent in communication, negotiation and presentation to build a strong relationship with top executives of key accounts

· Strong leadership in driving the regional sales team with high profit growth business objectives
