MANAGEMENT TRAINEES (MT) (Based in Bandung)


The Management Trainee Program involves high level and comprehensive trainings and on the job project managements which allow the MT to develop his/her conceptual and practical business management skills.

Requirements:

* Male / Female; between 22 – 25 years of age
* S1 graduation from Economy Management / Accounting with minimum IPK 3,00; preferably having 1 years working experience in any industries (Fresh graduates are welcome)
* Good command of English both written and spoken
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* A team player with potential leadership
* Computer Literate
* Able to work underpressure and dealing with tight schedule
* To be located in Bandung

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM
Adalah program pemagangan dan pelatihan kerja untuk mencetak professional Engineer, Financial, HR, Commercial, and Operation

Program :
1.5 (satu setengah) bulan mengikuti pelatihan dasar, diberikan imbalan berupa uang saku yang menarik dan fasilitas training. Bagi yang dinyatakan lulus magang akan menjalani perjanjian kerja selama 12 (duabelas) bulan untuk dididik dan dilatih menjadi professional employee di Meratus Grup
