Insurance Manager (Global Consumer Banking)

Responsibilities/Detail Pekerjaan:
* Provide insurance product information and sales tools for front line insurance specialist and other sales staff
* Work harmoniously with internal parties to deliver results
* Work with external parties like marketing agencies, vendors etc to deliver programs
* Provide coaching and feedback to support staff development
* Own revenue targets for each branch for their designated insurance products
* Act as insurance product advisor to the branch, including trainings, and commentaries
* Developing sales & marketing planning for the branch in meeting set goals
* Ensure compliance at the branch, including sales report monitoring, compliance trainings, report reviews, etc.

Requirements/Syarat Pekerjaan:
* Bachelor Degree from reputable University
* Have 5 – 8 year experience in Banking and Bank Assurance Area
* Have a good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
* Strong in negotiation and presentation skills
* Strong leadership, results oriented, hard working, highly motivated and ability to work under pressure

Senior Clinical Research Associate

Responsibilities/Detail Pekerjaan:
* Lead clinical trails sites with the protocol and regulatory and ICH GCP obligations.
* Ability to resolve queries and attend investigating meetings and payments
* Ensure and track clinical trails to completion.
* Facilitate and respond to company, client and regulatory audits as and when necessary
* Take care of the Asia Projects
* Ability to travel with min notice

Requirements/Syarat Pekerjaan:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master’s Degree in Biology, Nursing, Medical Science, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Medicine or equivalent.
* Bachelor’s or higher graduate degree in a science related field, licensed or vertified health care training or equivalent experience will be a great advantage
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
