Legal Officer
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts including tender documentation, provide opinions on various legal issues and company secretarial matters,
* Manage ligitation matters and resolution of disputes (including industrial relations disputes) and in relation thereto to liaise with external,
* Uphold and protect the Company’s interest in all legal matters and ensure adherence to the statutory, regulatory and internal corporate requirements,
* Evaluating, negotiating and settling insurance policy disputes and claims,
* Familiar with government approval or licensing matter.

Requirements:

* Male/Female with age 25 - 35 years old
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law.
* Minimum 3 years experience from shipping, corporate legal or law firm.
* Required skill(s): hard working, fast learning, outgoing person, initiative.
* Can work under pressure.
* Able to wotk overtime.
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills and have a good interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in English is must.
* Preferred language(s): Chinese.
* Computer literature.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Full-Time positions available.
