Service Analyst

Task & Responsibilities :

* Provide and responsible for providing Technical Support to internal and external customers.
* Register all new engine and machine to DBS as starting of warranty period.
* Update for TIBU (Technical Information Bulletin), Engine News, SI (Special Instruction), IRM (Information Release Memo), and SM (Service Magazine).
* Request a new ET and SIS License or transfer ET License and record in a spreadsheet.
* Collect PIP/PSP information from CAT, maintain, and control the completion of PIP/PSP.

Qualifications/Persyaratan Lowongan Kerja :

* Batchelor Degree D-3 / S- 1 (1st Mechine & Electrical Engineering)þ
* Have a good operation computer system as MS Office, DBS, SIS
* Familiar of Caterpillar machine
