Teacher (T AE)
(BSD, Tangerang)

Responsibilities:

* Teaching in our English training center as well as in Client’s premises.
* Maintaining good quality teaching (getting feedback from Academic Coordinator).
* Assisting Academic Coordinator in Developing Materials.
* Getting assignment from Academic Coordinator on certain project.
* Developing Syllabus and Materials for tutorial classes.
* Assisting clients in Multimedia Sessions.
* Maintaining good relationship with clients, strong service orientation.
* Maintaining the accuracy of the developed materials (working together with Academic Administrator).
* Strong awareness on the schedule of the starting and ongoing classes, and the schedule of progress tests.
* Strong awareness on student’s demand and their progress.
* Inventory Control on Direct English Teaching Resources:
1. Resource Books
2. CDs
3. Developed Materials
4. Teaching Aids
* Organizing good filing system.
* Maintaining strong communication on center day-to-day operational activities with Academic Coordinator, Customer Service Supervisor, Student Advisor, and Center Manager.

Requirements:

* Min 24 years old.
* Min S1 in English literature.
* Min 2 years experience in English teaching.
* Excellent command of written & spoken English.
* Service oriented.
* Creative and self-starter.
* Has strong Western accent.
* Warm, encouraging personality.
* Professional attitude & appearance.
* Ability to establish rapport and build trust.
* Communicative and sociable.
* Willing to work long hours and Saturdays.
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Education/Teaching/Training, Linguistics/Languages or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English.
* Applicants must be willing to work in BSD, Tangerang.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Education or equivalent.
* Full-Time and Contract position available.
