Legal Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible to manage all legal activities within the company Groups through providing legal advise and counsel, modifying legal policies and procedures reviewing companies documents.

Requirements:

* Male or Female, age 35-40 years old
* possess at least a Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree in Law.
* Minimal 5-8 years experiences in Property/Real Estate Company
* Have knowledge in Corporate Law, include performing litigation & non litigation
* Have knowledge handling & monitoring PPJB, AJB & hand over the used of land and building process from developer to customers
* Handling notariat affair for dealing with company and customers
* Good negotiation, communication skill and strong leadership
* Preferably Managers specializing in Law/Legal Services
