Position : Data Entry Staff
Department : Customer Relation
Working Location: Jakarta
Status: Outsource

Job Description :

* Manage and update customer database
* Control completely customer database from dealer & marketing
* Input data customer satisfaction survey
* Call customer to make confirmation about several data in questionnaire that already customer fill-in
* Evaluate Database Customer Handling for each dealer
* Making Customer Satisfaction Survey Database Monthly report
* Print out customer data of each dealer

Requirement :

* Associate degree from reputable university, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
* Preferably have experience in handling customer by phone / phone marketing
* Preferable female, single, 22-24 years old.
* Must be able to operate Microsoft Office (especially MS Word & Excel)
* Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written.
* Communicative, able to work under pressure and tight deadline, have interest in dealing with administrative task
