We are looking for a

Full Time Business Manager

position for an IT/Media company. The successful applicants will be based in Sunter, Jakarta Utara.


SALARY: Rp. 1.500.000 - Rp. 3.000.000/Month

MONTHLY BONUS: Rp. 100.000 - Rp. 10.000.000



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Execute all sales and marketing process
* Have wide range of client network
* Developing the right marketing strategy
* Developing business proposal for company
* Develop mandatory brief from clients
* Doing presentation to clients
* Dealing with client
* Closing
* Achieve sales targets



TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

* Relevant tertiary qualification (at least diploma degree. Applicants majoring in Communications or Marketing preferred)
* Min. 2 Years Experience in similar role at an advertising agency, web development agency, or other media (TV/Magazine/Newspaper) agency will be highly regarded
* Lots of industrial contacts will be highly regarded
* Able to use computer and Internet
* Understand IT business and Advertising business as general
* Excellent and concise writing and oral capabilities in English and Indonesian
* Able to work in flexible time



GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

* Male/Female, max 27 years old
* Indonesian citizen
* Attractive
* Proactive approach, hard worker, up-to-date, and target oriented
* Have own transportation preferred
* Open minded
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
* Consistent, professional, friendly phone presentation
* Ability to develop and maintain a good relationship with partners and other companies
* Ability to deliver consistent results in combined stressful and relaxed work environments

1. Legal Manager
Requirements/Syarat Lowongan Pekerjaan:

• Applicants must be willing to work in Samarinda or Palembang.

2. Land Acquistion Supervisor

• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English

Requirements:
• Hold S1 degree in Computer Science / IT/ Electrical Engineering
• Having min 3 years experience in regulated fields
• Hands-on experience in configuring Cisco routers on basic service
• Able to operate computer (MS Office, Internet and other programs)
• Able to work under pressure
• Fluent in English active and passive, Mandarin would be an advantage
• Willing to travel extensively and to be posted in our region, such as Riau, Jambi, South Sumatra, East Kalimantan & West Kalimantan
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
• Preferred language(s): English.

5. IT SAP Project (PM/PS/HR Module)
Requirements:
• Male or Female, with max age 35
• Hold S1 degree in Computer / Human Resources / Industrial Engineering / Information Technology
• Having min 3 years experience in SAP config PS/PM /HR Module
• Able to operate computer (MS Office, Internet and other programs)
• Able to work under pressure
