1. Male / female min 35 years old
2. S1 degree from any discipline / S2 would be an advantage
3. Experience as Property Manager in shopping mall / trade centre min 5 years
4. Able to set up monthly and annual target, budget and business plan
5. Responsible for the activity of marketing, promotion, human resource development, building operation and maintaining relationship with tenants, partners and press media

6. Good command in written and spoken English
7. Good interpersonal, communications skills and leadership
8. Self-motivated, aggressive and hard working
9. Able to work in team

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
* Min. 2 - 3 years experience in HVAC, especially in oil and gas industry.
* Fluent Written and spoken English
