Responsibilities:
The incumbent would be responsible to assist the Director on his itinerary, including report preparation and other documentary activities. It is required to be proactive so all processes related to Director and his team would professionally managed
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (3 years) in Secretarial, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Preferably graduated from LPK Tarakanita for candidate with Diploma (3 years) in Secretarial
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point are a must
Comprehend with perfect English, understand Korean is a plus
Smart, team player, honest, hardworker and dependable
Preferably lives in East Jakarta (that close to Ps. Rebo or Kp. Rambutan)

Administrative Secretary
The successful candidate reports to the Managing Director and is responsible for the administrative and HR function of the company. Apart from secretarial duties, she is expected to assist the Managing Director in reviewing various types of legal contracts and to provide the administrative support in a newly start up mining Company.
REQUIREMENTS :
* A diploma in Administrative Management and or Secretarial practice. Candidate with a degree in Law will be accorded with a Senior position as Personal Assistant to CEO
5 to 8 years experience in secretarial position
* Competency in MS Office, Publisher & Power Point or similar software
* Good interpersonal skill and pleasant personality
* Preference will be given to the candidates with a good command of English
