PORT DEPARTMENT HEAD
Based in Kalimantan Selatan

1. Pria, usia 30 - 40 tahun
2. S1 Maritim
3. Pengalaman > 5 tahun mengelola pelabuhan batu bara (berpengalaman sebagai Port Head atau Vice Port Head sebelumnya selama 1-2 tahun
4. Berpengalaman dalam pengelolaan stock pile, crushing dan loading selama > 5 tahun
5. Mampu melakukan negosiasi dengan pihak ke-3
6. Leadership skills

Job Description:

1. Mengelola seluruh aktivitas port yang terdiri dari: weight bridge, stockpiling, crushing, loading, barging, transhipment dan quality assurance
2. Mengelola contractor dan supplier ke Port
3. Membina hubungan dengan agent, syahbandar, pemilik jetty lain dan sebagainya
4. Mengembangkan kemampuan organisasi dan personil Port
