Lowongan Kerja : DEPUTY MINE OPERATION MANAGER

Our client, one of multinational coal mining company located in Central Kalimantan is looking for a high caliber candidate to be assigned as Deputy Mine Operation Manager.
Qualifications and Experience :

Tertiary Qualifications (Degree) in Mining Engineering.
Minimum 15 years relevant practical experience in:
Surface Mining Operations in a planning and supervisory capacity.
Mine Supervision Experience.
Advantage to have:

Experience working with Mining Contractors.

Analytical and problem solving skills.

Experience managing mining departments.

First Aid Certificate.

Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power-point.

Key requirements :

Bachelor / Master Degree from reputable university in Mining Engineering

Mid thirty to forty years old, and to be located at Site ( Remote area )

Having at least 10 years experiences in the in coal mining industry

Superior communication skills in Indonesia and English (oral and written ) and possesses the ability to communicate and manage relationships with a wide range of people.

Strong leadership, analytical skill, results oriented and able to work in a team.
