Helpdesk Engineer (Code : HE)
Support Engineer (Code : SSE)
Computer Trainer (Code : CT)
Sales Training ( Code : ST)
Developer (Code:DE)

General Requirement/Persyaratan Umum:

1. D3/S1 ,
2. Good Attitude
3. Good Computer & Communication Skill
4. Good Command of English
5. Hardworking & Self Motivated
6. Willing to learn work under pressure
7. 1 (one) year work of experience in similar positions

Specific Requirement/Syarat Khusus:

*Helpdesk Engineer (Code: HE)*

1. Have experience troubleshoot HW & SW
2. Have experience maintain anti virus system
3. (Kapersky,Symantec,Trendmicro ect.) & basic admin window server.
4. Able to work independently in a team
5. Must have good customer handling skill

*Support Engineer (Code: SSE)*

1. Have technical experience in design,develop, and deploy “Network
2. Advanced Infrastructure”, “Mobile Solution”, “Workflow application”
3. and “Security”
4. Familiar with Windows Server product family
5. Good presentation skill and have experience doing presales inc. Generate
6. Proposal
7. Fast learner
8. Have strong interpersonal and analytical skills
9. Have certificates in security,MCSE, CCNA ect are an advantage

*Computer Trainer (Code: CT)*

1. Good Presentation Skill
2. Fast learner
3. Familiar with Microsoft product family (Sytem/Server/Development area)
4. Have Experience
5. Have certificates MCT, MCSE, ect. are an advantage

*Sales Training (Code: SA)*

1. Good Presentation Skill
2. Have experience doing sales in training area.
3. Willing to learn a new product
4. Fast learner

*Developer (Code: DE)*

1. Good Presentation Skill
2. Fammiliar using ASP.net,SQL Programming, Web Services Programming
3. Willing to learn a new product
4. Fast learner
5. Have experience in project development
