Job Vacancies :
1. RECEPTIONIST (Code: RCP SPT-01)
Responsible to answer incoming phone call and hosting guests.
Requirement/Persyaratan Lowongan :
Kandidat harus memiliki pengalaman 1 tahun di bidang terkait, fresh graduate dapat dipertimbangkan, latar belakang pendidikan minimal D1 segala jurusan dan usia maksimal 30 tahun. Kandidat diutamakan berketrampilan interpersonal yang baik, dapat bekerja di bawah tekanan, dan berpenampilan menarik
G2. EXECUTIVE SECRETARY (SEC SR-01)
Responsible for assisting the Director in handling operational activities.
Requirement:
The candidates should hold minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Secretary, have at least 5 years experience as Director Secretary, maximum age around 35, fluent in English & Chinese will be an advantage. The candidates should also be able to exhibit an excellent interpersonal & communication skills, to work under pressure, and to operate MS Office well. Having an excellent appearance is a must.
G3. JUNIOR SECRETARY (SEC JR-01)
Responsible for assisting the Director in handling operational activities.
Requirement:
The candidates should hold minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Secretary, have at least 1 year experience as Secretary, fresh graduate are welcomed, maximum age around 25, fluent in English & Chinese will be an advantage. The candidates should also be able to exhibit an excellent interpersonal & communication skills, to work under pressure, and to operate MS Office well. Having an excellent appearance is a must.
