Lowongan Kerja : Legal Advisor (contract based)

Scope of responsibility/Lingkup Kerja:


- Give recommendations on legal advice and guidance on corporate/ commercial legal, transactions, operations, etc.
- Support the legal team and work with other departments in terms of contract management to analyze risk and commercial issues.

- Assist the development of contracts and other arrangements, including PSCs, 3rd parties contracts, PPAs, loan & security agreements, JV and shareholder agreements, sales and purchase agreements, etc.

- Together with the legal team to conduct legal due diligence for projects.


Requirement/Syarat Lowongan :

- Min. Degree in Law from reputable university. LL.M or Master degree in Law is preferred

- Possess extensive experience in oil and gas legal is a must.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

- Effectively English communication skills.
