PASTRY SOUS CHEF

Min 5 years of experience in Pastry and minimum 2 years of experience in managerial level, preferably at a 5-star hotel. Good experience of pastry and written English.

SOUS CHEF (Western-Italian Cuisine)

Min 5 years of experience in western a la carte restaurant, preferably in Italian kitchen. Good communicator and team builder.
SOUS CHEF (Coffee Shop)

Min 5 years of experience in different cuisines. Able to lead a large team in a high volume restaurant.

INCOME AUDIT MANAGER

Degree in accounting. Min 4 years as an auditor. Good analytical skills.

PURCHASING MANAGER

Min 4 years of experience in handling purchasing at managerial level. Preferably hotel background.

ASSISTANT CHIEF ENGINEERING

Bachelor degree in either Mechanical, Electrical, or Marine. Min 3 years in similar position. Good in English both spoken and written.

CHIEF INCOME AUDIT

Degree in accounting, min 2 years of experience in similar position. Good analytical skills.

QUALITY MANAGER

Min 5 years of operational experience in hospitality industry with departmental level. Excellent training skills. Good analytical skills. Detail-oriented. Min Bachelor’s degree.

SECURITY MANAGER

Preferably Military background. Min 2 years of experience at managerial level. Strong leadership skill. Good English both spoken & written.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES

Min 2 years f experience as human resources manager. Experienced in handling training, recruitment and personnel matters. Good communications skills and excellent English.
