Compensation And Benefit Manager

Responsibilities:

* Monitoring the organization salary structure and benefit to ensure balancing between company cost and attracting the employee

* Designing, implementing and managing company compensation and benefit programs
* Handling all matters related to compensation and benefit.

Requirements:

* Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resource/Business Administration or related discipline
* Having min 3 years working experiences in compensation and benefit field preferably from consumer industry
* Fluent in English both written and spoken
