IT ENGINEER

Responsibilities

* Review, analyze and evaluate new and existing business processes, IT systems and user requirements.
* Take part in application technical requirements analysis as well as the technical design.
* Key programmer, as well as to conduct code review in cases where application development is outsourced to a third party vendor to ensure that the code satisfies the design specifications and comply with project standards.
* Take part in application testing (where appropriate) and is expected to act effectively as a technical speaker during application roll-out and service introduction.
* Day to day operations for all institutional business application (critical: 24 hours standby on call).


Requirements

* Bachelor degree from electrical engineering, IT or computer science from reputable university (fresh graduate are welcome)
* Min. GPA 2,75



BROADCAST ENGINEER

Responsibilities

* Operation and development of Broadcast Control Station.
* Maintain high performance of broadcasting service, troubleshooting and systems evaluation and system development.

Requirements

* S1 from electrical engineering, physical engineering, telecommunication /computer/information system from accredited university (fresh graduates are welcome)
* Minimum GPA 2,75
* Having interest in broadcast operation
* Technically sound with strong analytical ability



BROADCAST JUNIOR ENGINEER

Responsibilities

* Operation of Broadcast Control Station.
* Maintain high performance of broadcasting service and troubleshooting activities.


Requirements

* S1 from electrical engineering, physical engineering, telecommunication /computer/information system from accredited university (fresh graduates are welcome)
* Minimum GPA 2,75
* Having interest in broadcast operation
* Technically sound with strong analytical ability



OFFICER PROGRAMMING
(International Channel: Movies, Learning, Entertainment, Lifestyle)

Responsibilities

* Become 1st contact of channel providers (international & local).
* Monitor schedule, program change (if any).
* Propose programs/channel to be promoted by Marketing Dept.
* Get feedback from Research about any particular channels.
* Responsible for EPG (electronic program guide) for his/her channel portfolio (one officer will eventually handle up to 10 channels, this means translate and write synopsis and adjust/check schedule).
* Monitor OAP (on-air promotion) on his/her channel portfolio.
* Other tasks which will be determined by VP Programming.


Requirements

* Fresh graduates from reputable universities (local/overseas) are welcome to apply (preferably bachelor degree (S1) majoring in communications, English/Chinese literature, and management).
* Sound Mandarin, English & Bahasa Indonesia ( spoken and written) is a must.
* Strong interest in TV business.
* Attention to details.
* Analytical skills.
* Computer skills: MS excel, word.
* Can work under pressure to meet deadlines.
* TV programming/scheduling skills will be an advantage.



OFFICER TRAFFIC
Responsibilities

* Take all media order or booking from clients.
* Input all media order or booking to advertising to the slot.
* Monitor all TV ad on air as per scheduled.
* Make contact to clients regarding pre-emption and other on air activities.
* Coordinate with related department. Responsible for compiling sales report.
* Write on air report.


Requirements

* S1 from accounting, management or information system.
* Minimum 2 years experience as traffic officer in broadcasting company (fresh graduate welcome).
* Good working attitude and communication.
* Excellent command of English.
* Should be motivated and independent person.


OFFICER CLIENT SERVICE

Responsibilities:

* Create proposals for programs, special program, customize program, sponsorship program, events and other activity which caused revenue for department.
* Manage all elements in the proposals (on air, off air, and others) to be done.
* Supervise events together with other related department. Responsible for any information circulated internal with other related department.
* Make post program report to clients.
* Create and release Astro program highlight monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
* Make any supporting sales kit.
* Make sales report and update project to supervisor.


Requirements:

* S1 from communication or management
* Minimum 2 years experience as client service in broadcast or advertising company (fresh graduate welcome)
* Good working attitude and communication
* Excellent command of English
* Should be motivated and independent person
* Enjoy working in hard pressure environment
* Computer skill is a must (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
