PLANNING & SPECIAL TASK ENGINEER
The post holder is responsible to Team Leader of Planning and Special Tasks in developing and scheduling maintenance planning, including plant outage or shutdown as well as coordinating other sections within Engineering Department for the effectiveness of day to day maintenance. In addition, the Maintenance Planning Engineer will also involve in various engineering support tasks, such as: scaffolding provision services, workshop operation and maintenance, tools repair and calibration and other specials tasks.
Candidate for this position should possess:
1. Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in Industrial, mechanical or electrical engineering from a reputable local University;
2. Having 4 years experience in operation of Coal Fired Power Plant; Exposure in Maintenance Planning will be advantage;
3. Familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management System (Maximo will be advantage);
4. Familiar with coal fired power plant process, permit system and maintenance system (will be advantage);
5. Having ability in scheduling plant outage or shutdown;
6. Having skills in organizing workshop operation (will be advantage);
7. Sound knowledge of scaffolding system, tools calibration and contract (will be advantage);
8. Sound knowledge of maintenance performance indicator;
9. Familiar with Microsoft project and office;
10. Good written and spoken in English.

The TRP activities focus on integrated community recovery and preparedness interventions in tsunami affected countries in Asia and East Africa in collaboration with Red Cross and non-Red Cross partners. The Indonesia TRP Delegation operates from offices in Banda Aceh (main), Calang, Lamno, Sabang and Pulo Aceh. It also has liaison offices in Jakarta, and other areas in Aceh province in collaboration with the Indonesian Red Cross. The Indonesia TRP program has a budget of over $200m. Responsibilities:
* Specific Duties:
* Plan, develop and manage all procurements of diverse services and commodities (e.g. information technology, electronic equipment and instruments, vehicles, medicines, foodstuffs, building maintenance materials, office supplies, construction, furniture, etc.); Ensure all procurement actions are conducted as required by Red Cross according to Financial Rules and Regulations and the applicable policies and procedures as well as the highest degree of personal and professional ethics; Procuring goods and services at the best value, ensuring reliability of sources, monitoring and following up with vendors until final satisfactory delivery, anticipating problems and taking timely and appropriate decisions to ensure objectives are met; Advise requestors on the full range of procurement issues, providing support, training, and guidance at all stage of the procurement cycle; Prepare and oversee the preparation and distribution of invitations to tender and manage all aspects of bid/proposal evaluations; Prepare selection justifications for review and subsequent approvals; Identify potential suppliers adding them to the supplier database; Monitor adherence to contractual agreements, recommend amendments and extensions of contracts, and advise concerned parties on contractual rights and obligations; Prepare a variety of procurement related documents as contracts, RFQs, instruction to bid, receipt of quotation, correspondence to suppliers, purchase orders, price evaluation matrix, etc; Assist the requestor by determining appropriate quantities and cost of materials to be procured for projects while in the design phase (quantity and material cost estimating); Maintain a procurement database to track completed on ongoing procurements
* Common Duties :
* Attend and participate in trainings or meetings identified/organized by your supervisor; Follow any new procedures and guidelines designated in circulars from Banda Aceh Main Office Logistics Team; Report any violations of the ARC Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Code of Conduct as per the ARC reporting mechanism. The reporting of violations is an obligation on the part of all staff members; Assist where necessary in undertaking activities that aim to prevent the occurrence of sexual abuse and exploitation of any form to any body by ARC and other humanitarian workers; Carries out other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Requirements/Syarat Lowongan Kerja:
