Legal Staff

Requirements:

*
Graduated from Law Bachelor
*
Male/Female max 32 years
*
Fresh Graduate may not apply
*
Good knowledge on corporate law, contract drafting, telecommunication and IT law
*
Good analytical thinking/ research capability
*
Fluent in English
*
Preferably having experiences in law firm 2 years (specialized in corporate law)
*
Willing to hard work, proactive, and work under pressure
*
Open personality, energetic, high motivated, result oriented & have good communication skill both oral and written





Responsibilities:

*
Strong Knowledge in Contract Drafting
*
Ability to contributed Legal Opinion (verbal or written)
*
Ability to contributed wise Project Advises to users from the front end to the back end
*
Fully responsible for the Legal Correspondence activities within the external party of the company
*
Fully responsible providing the company with a proper and time effectiveness of Legal Permit
*
Mastering and always up to date the Legal Research activities and responsible to Organized the Legal Database Management
*
Fully responsible for the company document and licence
