RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST (CODE: RECR)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to HR Division Manager, major accountability for this position includes prepare hiring plan and implement selection procedures. The incumbent should also be creative and urge to provide a way to recruit candidates, ensure continuing flow of the selection process and delivery of qualified candidates as planned.



Requirements:

w University graduates from Psychology

w Minimum 2 year experience in recruitment and selection process

w Computer literate (MS Office & Internet)

w Good communication skill is a must.

w Innovative and high motivated person.

w Fluent in English both oral and written.

w Able to work independently and a team



TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

(CODE: TRN)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to HR Division Manager, providing value adding support to the Performance Management and Learning team to achieve the organization objective of leveraging its tools and systems to effectively manage individual and team’s performance and implement strategic employee development activities

Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree with minimum GPA 3.00;
* Minimum 3 years experiences in Training and Knowledge Management function
* Strong competency in analytical skills, communication, and attention to details;
* Strong computer literacy;
* Proficient in oral and written English
