Administrative Secretary

The successful candidate reports to the Managing Director and is responsible for the administrative and HR function of the company. Apart from secretarial duties, she is expected to assist the Managing Director in reviewing various types of legal contracts and to provide the administrative support in a newly start up mining Company.

REQUIREMENTS :

* A diploma in Administrative Management and or Secretarial practice. Candidate with a degree in Law will be accorded with a Senior position as Personal Assistant to CEO
5 to 8 years experience in secretarial position
* Competency in MS Office, Publisher & Power Point or similar software
* Good interpersonal skill and pleasant personality
* Preference will be given to the candidates with a good command of English
