Our client, an fine dining restaurant / boutique hotel needs :

Executive Chef (EXPAT)

* Hands-on, results oriented, motivated, dynamic, great personality
* Good communication skills, likes to entertain guests after the meal, PR

* Able to adapt well to local culture, has previous experience in Asia

* Previous experience as Executive Sous Chef or Executive Chef

* Previous experience in 5 star hotel / boutique hotel or upscale restaurant

* Still loves to cook

* Improves overall food standards, bringing restaurant to the next level

* Creates new menus, trains staff

* Flexible, occasionally also caters for groups, banquets, weddings

§ * Will be very free, can use own ideas to the fullest, creativity a must

* Interesting salary package, 13 months pay

* Including accommodation allowance, F&B allowance, Private Insurance


Sous Chef

* Previous experience as Sous Chef or CDP

* Previous experience in 5 star hotel / boutique hotel or upscale restaurant

* Eager to learn, motivated, flexible, hands-on, able to work independently

* Very interesting salary package including transport allowance, jamsostek, additional medical costs covered, meals, service charge


Bar Manager

* Previous experience as Bar Manager, Assistant Bar Mngr or Head Bartender

* Previous experience in 5 star hotel / boutique hotel or upscale restaurant

* Eager to learn, motivated, flexible, hands-on, able to work independently

* Training skills, leads by example

* Great personality, likes to talk to guests, good level of spoken English

* Good knowledge of cocktails, knowledge of wine a big plus

* Very interesting salary package including transport allowance, jamsostek, additional medical costs covered, meals, service charge


F/O Manager

* Previous experience as F/O Manager, Assistant F/O Mngr or F/O Supervisor

* Previous experience in boutique hotel / villa complex / deluxe hotel

* Previous experience in reservations, revenue management, contact w guests

* Eager to learn, motivated, flexible, hands-on, able to work independently

* Training skills, leads by example

* Great personality, likes to talk to guests, good level of spoken English

* Very interesting salary package including transport allowance, jamsostek, additional medical costs covered, meals, service charge


HR and Training Manager

* Previous experience in similar role or assistant

* Previous experience in 5 star hotel / boutique hotel / villa complex

* Eager to learn, motivated, flexible, hands-on, able to work independently

* Strong training skills, sets new standards, leads by example

* Great personality, good level of spoken English

* Very interesting salary package including transport allowance, jamsostek, additional medical costs covered, meals, service charge
