Logistic Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Responsibilities/Uraian Lowongan Kerja:

* Continuously manage logistics KPI improvement through e-GLS (e-Global Logistics System).
* Monitoring and improve all detail logistics process in order to pursue SEIN logistics best performance among other subsidiary and also among electronics industry in Indonesia.

* Secure logistics positions so that the requisite quality of goods could be delivered to the right place on the right time; and manage inventory and warehouse.
* Reduce cost and prevent obsolescence by analyzing all activities and costs involved in logistics planning and distribution management.
* Responsible for the warehousing of all products needed for our customers. Effectively negotiate on contractual agreements with LSP as to service, rates quality and transportation accessibility.
* Manage and control the operation of LSP is one single logistics provider, by operating reward & punishment program related with daily operation and also total performance evaluation result.
* To ensure the overall logistics practices are in line with both customer (dealer) expectation and also internal company regulation in order to provide best support to sales activity.

Requirements/Syarat Lowongan Pekerjaan:

* Any Gender
* Age between 30 - 40 years old.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Airline Operation/Airport Management, Logistic/Transportation, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Logistic Company.
* Specialization on Warehousing & Local Delivery/Distribution (land) would be an advantage.
* Must show entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability and flexibility in all situations as well as above average ability to train and develop people effectively. Ability to adapt to local culture while maintaining high level of professionalism among the team.
* Fluent in English.
* Able operate SAP System (considerable).
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
