We invite dynamic persons, who will actively contribute in further growing the business, for the following positions:

Technical Support / Programmer



Responsibilities/Detail lowongan Kerja:

* Analyze potential user contact, goals, problem complexity and hardware.
* Discuss new projects with department managers to solicit their input.
* Provide technical direction to appropriate users and staff.
* Resolve programming problems or unusual requirements.
* Invent or improve security techniques to protect data from un-authorized users.
* Troubleshooting coding errors.
* Communicate with clients resolution.
* Assist the Application Manager/ Project Manager in project handling.
* Give the training of built application.
* Database administration, maintenance and capacity planning.
* Support new system implementation.
* Support marketing and sales activities if needed.

Requirements/Persyaratan Lowongan Pekerjaan:

* Minimum S1 in Computer Science (Mathematic and Science (MIPA Faculty) from reputable university with GPA min 3.00 scale 4
* Have min 1 year working experience as technical support/programmer in IT or Telco company, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
* Able to Speak and write English fluently (it's a must)
* Good knowledge in other Operating System other than Windows (ex. Solaris, Linux, etc)
* Good knowledge in C++ and Java (it's a must)
* Good knowledge about software and hardware program
* Good knowledge in Oracle, Ms SQL and My SQL
* Logical thinking and able to work in a team and/or independently
* Good knowledge in computer networking
* Willing to keep up on knowledge update
* Willing to travel out of town (business trip)
