We are an international seafood trading company with eight branch offices in six countries across Asia. We have an immediate opening at our Myanmar office for a highly competent General Manager.
GENERAL MANAGER – MYANMAR
Accountabilities :
* Report to Group’s Chief Executive.
* Oversee the Group’s Myanmar operations and develop export sales to achieve aggressive growth targets.
* Coordinate and maintain sound business relationships with both local processors and customers in Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East.
* Oversee local production and logistics management.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in both existing and new markets.
* Responsible for the company’s P& L.
Qualifications :
* Any nationality. Preferred age 35-45 years. 100% fluency in written and spoken English.
* Minimum 8 years experience at a middle-senior management level in an international export sales or export-trading environment.
* Particular trading/export sales and processing experience in a seafood or other food export based industry is a strong advantage.
* Experienced with budgeting and P& L control responsibilities.
* Possessing a solid track record of past achievements reflecting strong hands on management skill.
* Applicants must be hard-working, mature, aggressive and extremely self motivated. A self starter who is result oriented.
* Must possess absolutely impeccable references.
