Analyst, Corporate Finance

Responsibilities:
* You will assume the responsibility for developing financial models and analysis, conducting due diligence and the execution of corporate finance transactions.
Requirements:
* Masters / Bachelors Degree in Business Adm, Finance and/or Accounting from a reputable university
* Have 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance area
* Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial models and structuring
* High intergrity, good personality and excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in Engliah and Bahasa
