General Requirement:
1. Male
2. Fresh graduated
from S1 or D3 degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering [teknik elektro, teknik mesin/mekanik, teknik industri]
3. No health restriction.
4. Minimum IPK 2.75
5. Single status, maximum age 25 years old.
6. Hard Worker, independent, and with strong leadership ability.
7. Honest and loyal
8. Can work under pressure, having capability to work as a team
9. Domicile in East Java or Central Java
