* Good network in music industry (artist management, labels, promotor, event organizer, etc.)

C. Operational Staff
Qualification:

* Diploma Degree
* Great capabilities in MS Office, especially Excel & Access
* Big passion in music
* Creative, initiative & self motivated
* Believe that working under pressure is fun

D. Reporter
Qualification:

* S1, fresh Graduate
* Single, not more than 23 years old
* Has great interest in Journalism, especially in Politics & General News (code : News) and entertainment (code : HOT)
* Able to communicate and and write in English
* Energetic, dynamic and creative
* Like challenges

E. Account Executive ( Code: AE)
Qualification:

* Single, not more than 27 years old (female preferably)
* Has pleasant personality and attractive
* Min. Diploma Degree
* Familiar and has knowledge in IT Business and Advertising
* Willing to work with target
* Having experiences in Sales

F. Computer Graphic Designer (Code : CGD)
Qualification:

* Age max 27 years old
* D3 Majored in DKV (Design Komunikasi Visual) is preferable
* Familiar with HTML, Flash, and Javascript
* Design skill mastery (describe in CV) : software web authoring and computer graphic (Ex : Macromedia Flash MX, Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Dreamweaver, etc).
* minimum 1 year experience in web designing
* Able to work in tight deadline
* High initiative and able to work under minimum supervision
