HR Department Head
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

* Establish a credible and effective human resource function that will contribute to the achievement of company's business objectives


* Work closely with and provide advice, support and guidance to line managers on effective human resource management practices.


* Manage and provide HR services, focusing on value added function that is related to the strategic direction of the business.
* Staffing and recruitment, career management and succession planning
* Competitive compensation and benefits package by identifying rewards and incentives
* for attracting and retaining talents
* Training and development
* Performance management


* Promote a positive work environment through good employee relations practices and programs


* Building channels for dissemination of information on business and corporate initiatives and employee feedback to ensure an environment of open communication, instilling strong and effective corporate culture

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any Major, but preferably in Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, and Equivalent.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
* Preferred language(s): English.
* At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
* Preferably managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
