Senior Manager / Vice President , Corporate Finance
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Pusat)

Responsibilities:

* You will assume the responsibility for structuring, financial analysis and the execution of corporate finance transactions. You will also contribute in marketing initiatives and developing creative financial solutions for clients

Requirements:

* Masters / Bachelors Degree in Business Adm, Finance and/or Accounting from a reputable university
* Have 7 years of relevant experience in corporate finance area; and proven experience in handling M&A and capital raising transactions
* Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial models and structuring
* High intergrity, good personality and excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in Engliah and Bahasa
