* Indonesian nationality
* A Bachelor or Master degree from highly reputable universities
* A cumulative GPA of at least 3.00 on the scale 1 to 4 for Bachelor level
* A cumulative GPA of at least 3.25 on the scale 1 to 4 for Master level
* Maximum 25 years of age for Bachelor level
* Maximum 27 years of age for Master level
* An unmarried status and the willingness to defer marriage throughout the program
* Willingness to be assigned anywhere in Indonesia
* Willingness to comply with the work contract after completing the program
* Have a very high motivation to learn
* Full of responsibility
* Friendly
* Have a professional appearance
