Area Sales Manager, Surabaya – Multinational Shipping Company

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION :
In this challenging position, you are responsible for managing the shipping and logistics business for Surabaya area.

You will report to National Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

* Responsible for marketing strategies and sales target.

* Build relationship with local network.

* Execute and analyze the effectiveness of the sales strategies.

* Manage and supervise sales force.

* Maintain good relationship with sales force at same time review/develop the business.

Requirements:

* Male or Female maximum age 35 years old.

* Work experience at least 3 years in managerial level preferably coming from Multinational service industries.

* Experienced in Surabaya area.

* Must have a Degree (S1), preferably in Business Administration.

* Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian both written and spoken.

* Possess strong interpersonal skills, trustworthy, committed and values integrity.

* Possess strong strategic thinking, strong negotiator, and innovative person.
